The following documents are required for processing your Smart Credit Card or Smart Traveler Credit Card application:

• Passport copy with residence visa page for yourself and your Supplementary Card applicant.
• Last 3 months' personal bank statements.
• If salaried, latest original salary certificate/pay-slip.
• If self-employed, proof of ownership of business/trade license copy.
• If self-employed, copy of the latest audited business financials or last 3 months' business bank statements.
• Applicants may be requested to submit a security cheque as part of the documentation.

Primary Card applicants must be over 21 years of age. Supplementary Card applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
