How can I apply for a Personal Loan from RBS and what documents are required? |

At RBS, we offer personal loans on the basis of salary transfer, at the sole discretion of the Bank. The following original documents are required to apply for salary transfer loans:

Salary transfer letter issued by the employer addressed to The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. |

Original Passport with valid Visa and copies (original passport to be returned after sighting) |

Additional ID proof such as Labour Card or Driving License |

Two Security cheques signed by the customer addressed to The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. |

Three months' salary slips |
| 6 |
Last 3 months bank statements |
| 7 |
Employer of the applicant should be listed with us. |

Can I apply for a loan without a salary Transfer? |

The following documents are required to apply for a Personal Loan secured against post dated cheques, at the sole discretion of the Bank:

Labour card copy |
| 3 |
Original salary certificate not more than 1 month old (or) original latest 2 months payslips |

Last 3 months Bank Statements with Salary Credits |

Security cheque signed by the customer addressed to The Royal Bank of Scotland (or) PDC cheques for the number of instalments depending on the mode of payment by the customer |

Can I apply for an Auto Loan? |

We do not offer auto loans at present. To meet your personal needs, we do, however, offer Personal Loans secured against post dated cheques and auto-debits (for customers with salary transfer accounts). |

Do I have to transfer my salary to RBS to get a loan? |
| |
No, RBS offers loans to customers having salary transfer accounts as well as those without salary transfer accounts (Personal Loan secured against post dated cheques - PDC loan). |

How can I apply for a deferment facility on my Personal loan? |

Subject to approval, this facility can be applied for after every 6 months of regular payments and only on Personal Loans for customers having salary transfer accounts with us.
