As an RBS e-Banking customer, you will automatically be enrolled for Free Banking service. To start using e-Banking, you will need to follow these steps:

Click on the "Log-on" button on our website www.rbsbank.ae |

Click on the "First Time" log-in link and enter the following:
| 1. |
User id - Customer Identification (CIF) number or Debit Card number or Credit Card number |
| 2. |
Telephone Identification Number (TPIN). If you do not have your TPIN call 04-426-6000 to get one |
| 3. |
The password (Number/Secure ID) as displayed on your electronic security token |

During the logging in process, you will be prompted to create your e-Banking password. This e-Banking password will be used for your subsequent login |

I have tried logging in, message appears "your user id is disabled", what should I do?  |
